These terms apply to your use of toyourhome.shop and to any order you place with TO YOUR HOME LIMITED(“we”, “us”). Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

We sell ordinary household ready packs, such as kitchen, bathroom, guest room, move-in and refill packs. The contents of each pack are listed on its product page. We do not provide installation, cleaning, moving or any professional service, and we do not sell regulated safety products.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a pack is unavailable or there is an error in the price or description, in which case we will refund any amount already paid.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Online card payment is being connected; until it is live, our team confirms each order and arranges payment with you before dispatch. We never request card details by email or phone.

We describe and photograph packs as accurately as we can. Product images are illustrative and small natural variations in colour and finish are normal. The pack contents list is the definitive description of what you will receive.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Returns Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy. These policies form part of these terms.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise, our liability for an order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
